In today’s world where people feel their lifestyle is too chaotic they like to do a lot of things to calm their senses ..Now calming senses always doesn’t mean Meditating it could be anything may be going for a walk calms you down…shopping, coffee with friends, reading, drive etc…..when it comes to me Cooking is probably one thing that I get pleasure from I feel really good when I make pizza pasta idli dosa ..i am not fussy I eat everything that’s edible.. hehehe…anyway my biggest achievement in kitchen was that I made a perfect dosa absolute madrasi style…yes that’s correct the one which is not stuck to the pan. which doesn’t look like an uttapam ..Since I was dieting or rather feeling health conscious I decided I m going to shift to madrasi food (idli dosa>>no vada no uttapam)..oh though idli was successful I must say DOSA was a DISATER almost everyone in the family tried making one they all came out of the kitchen with either a ball of the batter or some half cooked paratha sort of looking thing >>>most of the time it was stuck to the pan. Why?? I will tell you>>>very authentic Punjabi cuisine one has to put ghee oil etc first over the pan in south food it is totally reverse you got to first put your stuff on the pan and then ghee oil etc. .Anyways the uttapam that I had which according to my mom was a dosa..wasnt that bad in taste.. I quite enjoyed it and with the help of some south Indian friends.. now I have mastered the art of making very fine crispy dosa >>>Applause

Alright I know I have started souding like a racist…don’t worry my next entry will be over kissing which tremendously calms all my senses..
